Essential Guide for Cooking (Beginners Guide)




When diving in the scorching kitchen, there are really a few simple! Yet essential things you should learn. These are some few tips and tricks when entering a kitchen to cook and techniques to speed up the cooking. The first thing you have to do when cooking is to have the ingredients. It can be time consuming when it comes to peeling or cutting so to mash it all up, I will be sharing some tips and tricks that I use. When peeling garlic, its pretty time consuming, especially if there's no opening to peel it off. You simply grab a big butchering knife and smash the garlic the flat spot of the blade. While the garlic is crushed, the skin can be more exposed and will be easier to peel. When dicing vegetables, I cut it into flat surfaces then stack them up and continue dicing (for dicing into small pieces). When cooking, smokes starts to fill up the room and it can be suffocating and may lead to lung diseases. That's why you need in open space or a fan to suck the air out of the room. As for the flames coming out of the stove, you should keep it low fire if you want a good cook. But as if in a haste, cooking in high heat can be a use. The heat scaling is also essential for cooking some difficult recipes and depending on how you control the heat can have a big impact on the food. Another tip is to avoid placing objects near the stove heat while cooking, as it may get very hot and you might flinch and drop the object on the floor which can be plates in common.

These are a few tips I'm giving out for newcomers who just started cooking and wants to improve and learn some new things.
